The Kukui (new release)

This month I’m releasing the Kukui, a 1,623 square foot contemporary three bedroom, two bath home with cathedral ceilings, open living space and high performance triple glazed windows that look out onto a post-free covered porch. The working kitchen is broad and well appointed. The master suite is isolated from the other two bedrooms and features a private porch access.

For those interested in a high performance assembly the Kukui bests all North American codes and even competes with PassivHaus performance with R-40 thermally broken 2x6 walls, a R-60+ TJI® roof design and a super-insulated concrete slab foundation.
